Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.

Workmanship on services we perform is warrantied against defects in installation for a reasonable period following the service date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or third-party modification after our service is complete. Hardware and parts are subject to the manufacturer's own warranty terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virginia Lock and Key's liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
